We hired Kin Lee because we were not happy with our initial realtor for selling our home. Kin is a professional realtor who authentically cares about his client and goes far to make the home selling or buying experience pleasant. In general, I do not normally make online reviews, however, I have to make an exception in this case due to the outstanding knowledge, dedication and service that Kin Lee has provided to us over the years. We started working with Kin many years ago after we moved out of New Jersey due to a job change. Initially, we needed help finding a tenant for the condo and Kin was essential in helping us secure a stable, viable rent paying tenant and we never lost a day’s rent! Kin helped us secure several other tenants over years, all with excellent rent payment records. We were very pleased with his expertise, professionalism and assistance with our rental needs. After 34 years of owning the condo, we decided that it was time to sell the unit during the last quarter of 2020. The timing could not have been more challenging in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. Nonetheless, Kin’s assistance was essential in helping us prepare the condo for sale. Kin helped us make critical decisions with thoughtful recommendations for many interior improvements. He provided us with cost effective and reliable contractors and met them in person, at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. He also helped coordinate mandatory inspections with the township and met with the inspectors in person. All of this is well beyond the normal responsibilities of a real estate agent, but most appreciated as we were out of state owners. On the first day that we listed the condo for sale, there was much activity and we actually received an offer above the listing price! We recently closed on the sale of the condo and everything worked out very well. We dare you to find a more dedicated and educated real estate agent than Kin Lee. He makes you feel as if you are his only client and was in constant communication with us. Ken is just the kind of pragmatic, no-nonsense agent we were looking for. Not one to inflate expectations, Ken gave us a realistic evaluation of our property in the context of other available homes and the current market conditions. Probably the most valuable guidance he and Nancy, his very able assistant, provided was how to stage the home for maximum appeal to prospective buyers. Even though we had bought and sold several homes in the past, some of this advice we had not heard before and turned out to be extremely effective. Ken and Nancy were also unfailingly responsive and pleasant to work with. Bottom line: We got two highly-qualified offers that were above the listing price on the first weekend after listing.
